This website is operated by St. Simeon’s Product Engineering Workshop (the “Workshop”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

When you use the “Request info” / interest form, we collect the details you submit (such as name, email, phone, cohort preference, and optional message) and technical data needed to run the site and reduce spam (for example IP address or user agent when stored with your submission, depending on configuration).

If you email us or contact us another way, we keep what you send us for as long as needed to respond and operate the Workshop.

The interest form may use Google reCAPTCHA (a third-party service) to reduce spam. That is separate from this Workshop’s own practices described elsewhere in this policy. We use cookies or local storage where needed for the site to work (for example remembering your language choice or your cookie preference). With your consent, we may use additional cookies for optional features such as analytics; you can change that choice using the banner on your first visit.

We use submitted information to respond to interest in cohorts, operate and improve the site, comply with law, and protect against fraud or misuse.

We may contact you using the phone number or email address you provide—including to respond to your interest submission, answer questions, and share program or enrollment information.

We keep form submissions and related records only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
